- Update the #Day/night time flag, the #Time division, IsMorning, IsNoon, etc.
- If the "Bloody Moon end reserve timer" is non zero, decrement it. If the new value is zero, the WM_BloodyDay flag is cleared.
- Update #Lord of the Mountain flags.
