The Map folder contains the files that define the game's overworld and dungeon layout. There are many different versions of this folder across the game files:

  • Content/Map
  • Content/Pack/TitleBG.pack/Map
  • Content/Pack/Bootup.pack/Map
  • Content/Pack/[dungeon_name].pack/Map
  • AoC/Map
  • AoC/Pack/[dungeon_name].pack/Map
  • AoC/Pack/AocMainField.pack/Map

MainField

Found in Content/Map, TitleBG.pack/Map, Bootup.pack/Map, AoC/Map and AoCMainField.pack/Map. Contains the data for the main overworld.

CDungeon

Found in [dungeon_name].pack/Map and Bootup.pack/Map. Contains the data for shrines.

MainFieldDungeon

Found in [dungeon_name].pack/Map and Bootup.pack/Map. Contains the data for Divine Beast dungeons, as well as the DLC Final Trial dungeon.

AocField

Found in AoC/Map and AocMainField.pack/Map.

Contains the data for the Trial of the Sword area.

DungeonData

Found in [dungeon_name].pack/Map. Contains additional data for that shrine.

SetData

Found in Aoc/Pack/FinalTrial.pack.
